Sony Headphones not showing in Bluetooth

I couldn't get my Sony WH-1000X headphones to connect to bluetooth. Finally I found this that you need to press both buttons on the headphones for 7 seconds to reset the bluetooth. The blue light will flash 4 times. The start paring again.

No Bluetooth Connection... I am using a pair of AKG Y500 Bluetooth headphones on my iPhone X Max and iPad Pro without any issues. bluetooth headphones don't appear on Mac to connect Headphones (Soundcore Q20+) work perfectly with iPhone (13 mini). Also work if connect via cable to MacBook Air (M1 2020). MBA Bluetooth has worked with other Bluetooth devices. It appear that it's only these Headphones that doesn't appear and can't connect. suggestions? Thanks.
