Catalina: Texts won't send, iMessages do

Recently upgraded all my devices to the newest OS. My Mabook pro (2019) and iMac (2015) still send/receive iMessages, but text messages do not go through.

I have disconnected/reconnected my Apple ID.

I have ensured that the proper settings are checked (nearly everything) in preferences.

All new conversations are started with my phone number as primary.

Still nothing, any assistance would be appreciated.

Edit: After to much looking, I found that I had somehow disabled text message forwarding to all but one of my devices. Fixed.
