Can't open Origin on my Mac

Hi, I'm currently experiencing problems with the Origin app on my Macbook. I'm on 10.15.2 version (Catalina) and since I updated, Origin won't open because it "can't be checked for malicious software". What do I do to fix that?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

What is "Origin"? It is not a macOS application. You should contact its developer for assistance with your problem. In the interim you might try holding down the OPTION key then opening the app. A dialog will appear in which you should click on the OPEN button. You will only need to do this once.
