How do I switch off Focused in Outlook?

I use Outlook on my older iPad Air, and have just moved back to an iPhone (11) after a few years on the dark side.

I got Outlook set up easily enough but in Outlook on the iPhone, there's this Focused / Other filter. I'm sure it's a great feature but I'm happy to choose my emails for myself so I'd like to switch off the feature. Can anyone help with how, please?
