What do you do it you still cannot get songs to sync across devices?
I have followed the instructions listed above and I still cannot get music to sync across devices. How do I fix this?

Did you follow the steps in:
Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support
If so, and you still have problems, see the "Need help?" and "Learn more" sections in the above link.
