I find that I am being charged twice for music I download. I thought that I had unlimited access for the $9.99 a month. Why am I being charged on different dates.

Whether or not you are subscribed to Apple Music, you can still purchase music through the Tunes Store if you want. The following has instructions on how to download Apple Music without paying an additional fee and also on how to purchase music: Add and download music from Apple Music or buy music from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
