How can I set Epson Scan 2 software to scan in Professional Mode?
I am scanning b/w negs for a book (approx size 10"x8" ) but am unable to set the image
size. I can increase the resolution, but the scan is still very small.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for your response. I called the Epson support number, and re-downloaded and re-installed the software, and I can now set the desired output dimensions.
Ask Epson support. There is an 800 number at that link, and Saturday hours from 7am - 4pm Pacific time.
Epson has a 64-bit, V800 scanner driver v5.8.7, and Epson Scan 2 Utility v6.4.82 available for Catalina is you have not installed them yet.
