Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I have an old iPaid I want to sell but it is synced with my new iPad. If I put old one to factory reset will it affect my new one.

I have an older iPad I want to sell. It is synced to my new one. If I factory restore will it delete my new one. I use the same account for both.

No. If you follow Apple’s recommended procedure for preparing a device prior to selling/disposal, if all your data is synchronised using iCloud, nothing should be lost.

As a precaution, you could always make an iCloud/iTunes backup of your old device prior to wiping - as you’ll then have a full backup of the old device as an insurance policy.
