Office and Adobe apps with Catalina?
I have and use Office 2011 for Mac and Adobe CS3 on a MacBook Pro. Catalina installer says they will no longer work. Anybody have a different opinion?

As mentioned by SandsOfArrakis, for Office, you would need at least the 2016 version. But there's no point purchasing that since the 2019 version has replaced it as the one-time cost perpetual license version. It's either that, or the subscription Office 365.
For Adobe, the only suite truly compatible with Catalina is the current CC 2020. The 2019 version will run, but it still has a few (very little used) 32 bit dependencies.
Not going to work. Catalina no longer supports 32 bits software. You'll need at least Microsoft Office 2016. Not sure about Adobe.
They won't work.
There is no "different opinion". 32 bit apps do not work with Catalina.
