Why won’t my sons “ask to buy” notifications show up on my phone?

ask to buy notifications stopped My child’s ask to buy notifications stopped coming thru to my phone a few weeks ago. I referenced the article”if ask to buy isn’t working” , tried updating both my phone and child’s iPad, and did a reset on both. I also checked the user ID in both. Any other ideas?
