Downloaded music

Help!!! Certain songs that I’ve downloaded onto my laptop won’t play, although my computer is authorised to do so, what can I do to rectify this. It asks for my password etc then comes back with “computer already authorised, it has been reauthorised” but they still won’t play... any help will be gratefully received as I’m at a loss!!
