Can't play song on authorized computer

I've authorized my computer to play a song but it still won't play. I've tried to play the song on the itunes store, which says play because I purchased it, but I'm still prompted to sign in to authorize my computer. I do, then a small window pops up that says this computer has previously been authorized, it has been reauthorized. But it still doesn't play the song.
