computer not authorized

When I try to play a song on my computer that I purchased from the itune store, a pop up says my computer is not authorized. I sign in and authorize it and another pop up says it is already authorized. I try to play the song again, and the cycle starts over with the computer is not authorized.

Delete and redownload the song which won't play. If this isn't free in your country, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
