I keep being told my "new" computer is not authorized to play a song i purchased.

I keep being told my "new" Macbook computer is not authorized to play a song i purchased. I put in my apple ID and password and get the following message: "This computer had previously been authorized, it has been re-authorized." Then i try to play the song again, and it just keeps going in this loop.

Repeated requests to authorize an already authorized computer for store downloads typically indicates you have corrupt or incomplete copies. Delete the tracks that won't play from your library without hiding from your purchase history. Redownload using the cloud links that should remain, or close iTunes and reopen if they don't show up straight away. While downloading click the activity widget and turn off the option that allows for simultaneous downloads.

If that hasn't helped see If iTunes prompts you to authorize your computer when you try to play iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support.

Thanks for the help.> I did try to De-auth, reboot, and re-auth.. didn't do anything. only added programs on top of baseline installation is MS office. No additional anti virus, cleaners, or firewalls. I am not a power use by any means.

Also tried deleting the song to redownload, and it just deletes it, and won't let me redownload it.
