My iphone 11 pro max with ios 13.3.1 has slow download issue in app store. I have a good internet connection, but apps seem to take much longer then needed. A mere 30mb app may take hours to download what can be issue? Is anyone facing similar problem?

Unless there is a problem in Apple Servers (always check this link:--> Apple - Support - System Status ), no, that's not normal. Downloading / installing apps should take (depending on their size), a few seconds or minutes, NOT hours.

Well, 20 is a little slow, but hours is still rather strange. If this is your wi-fi, I would suggest that you try restarting your router and then reconnect the iPhone to check your speeds.
I would also take the time to verify your internet connection for download and upload speeds.

I have 20mbps download speed and 10mbps upload speed.
