All I can see on my Apple Watch is the time

in the upper right hand corner and a red lightning bolt to the left of it. Have tried a forced restart to no avail. Any suggestions out there!

It needs to be charged. Connect to the charger for about an hour and check. Check your battery and charge your Apple Watch - Apple Support
