Payment method

My Apple ID region in UAE and my credit card in kingdom Of Bahrain and I am resident in Bahrain my card has been expired on Dec 2019, after receiving my new card I try to update the method payment with new card in my Apple ID the message says (this cards cannot be use un this store) I call apply support they say I cannot use the credit card which not in same region, my existing card was working perfectly and I have monthly subscription in iCloud and other app’s, Apple customer service says I have to be use a UAE cards or to change my country region which will affect my all subscription, my question is how it was working before. I need common sins solution (( Apple Customer service the close all the doors )).
