hulu payments with itune card
I cannot pay for my HULU subscription with ITunes card as I do with all of the other subscriptions.
Anyone offer up any help?

I understand from your post that you have not been able to pay for your Hulu subscription with an iTunes gift card. Have you redeemed the gift card already? If not, redeem the gift card using the steps from this article:
Redeem App Store & iTunes Gift Cards and content codes - Apple Support
Once redeemed the subscription should deduct the amount from the balance.
