My iPhone was stolen and I cannot locate it. Find iPhone is on. The phone is online, because I can call my own number (it calls but nobody answers). Also I can read from the browser whatsapp messages, which my iphone has received after it was stolen. Is it possible to somehow externally block the geolocation function?

Thank you. I read this article before and did steps 1-4. However I still cannot understand why the Find iPhone function cannot locate where my phone is situated. The Find iPhone says "Phone is online, by geolocation is not accessible".
I know the geolocation is on because I used the maps app shortly before it was stolen.
How is it possible that I cannot locate my iPhone through the Find iPhone? Find iPhone is on and the phone is online.
