Apple Watch Activity challenges

Hi,

I met the requirements for a perfect January Challenge 2020. However, I did not receive the badge. Anyone know the issue?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

If you haven't tried yet, I recommend to restart both the iPhone and the Apple Watch. This can help resolve unexpected behavior. Here's how:

I'm having the same issue. And now, working towards the February challenge, I can tell it's going to happen again. I see the words February Challenge 2020 and how far I am in working towards earning it but I can't see the picture of what the badge looks like. This happened with the January one too, even after I earned it. It briefly showed in Recent but now it's completely missing.

As mentioned above if your phone has ios12 then it is a documented problem with no solution at the moment except to update to ios13 if possible.
