Apple keeps charging for stuff I didn’t pay for

Hi I keep getting over charged For subscriptions I pay for, I tried to pay for discord nitro which is $9.99 but I read I got charged for 27.99 is this a bug? It’s happened before last week for another subscription I tried to renew it kept charging me and putting my bank account in the negative cause me to overdraft
