cannot re-download itunes program

i had to delete itunes from my laptop w/ Windows 7. Now it's impossible to download it again. itunes directs me to Microsoft, but since I don't have Windows 10, they loop me all over the place. Trying it from itunes support page w/ "older versions of itunes" still takes me to Microsoft! How do I GET itunes BACK ON my computer???? I also downloaded "itunes 64 setup" and ran it (twice), it never shows up on my computer!!
