Watch restrictions

Watch app not on phone, and when trying to open it from AppStore, I get a message that restrictions are on, which they are not. I know where they are under screen time. Solutions?

Are you part of a Family Sharing Plan? If so, see the "Prevent iTunes & App Store purchases" section in:

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

I don’t have family sharing on. And this is not “solved” I don’t know why it says that.
