Every single time I have gotten a new phone this always come ups when I try get a free app it always comes up as there is a billing problem and so I go on to it but nothing is wrong. My card doesn’t say it’s on there and it shouldn’t be if it is.

Well I had my card on there like a few phones ago and I took it off but ever since it just continues to come up and when I enter my information it doesn’t ask for any card details
