Canceling my Order

I ordered the wrong airpods and they are way too expensive than the ones i originally wanted. i’ve been trying to cancel my order but the website keeps saying that the order isn’t linked my my apple id. but when i put the order number into the website it says that it is linked to my apple id but still won’t allow me to cancel. i’ve been trying for a while now to cancel my order and it’s not working!!
