My "L" style MagSafe charger is blinking orange when I plug it in.
If I try to use my MacBook while it is plugged in to charge, the screen flashes the same as the LED light on the Charger?
Any advice please?

12" Retina MacBooks don't have MagSafe connectors. You've posted to the wrong forum area. Perhaps you have a 2006-2010 MacBook, a MacBook Air, or a MacBook Pro.
