I'm getting the "this iPhone is supervised by another computer and cannot be used with this computer" error and don't know what is causing it
How can I fix this error or find out what is causing it

I understand from your post that you are receiving a message saying that your iPhone is supervised by another computer. Is this a work iPhone? Have you synced it with a work computer recently?
