I'm using an iphone 5 on ios 10.3.4. I had no problems downloading apps unti l today it connects and loads app store but wen tryinG to download it gives me the error can't connect to iTunes store. Even tried signinG out and now i cnt sign in i keep getting the same error msg

Thankyou brenden. I have already tried all those steps with no luck. Please note that i can actually connect to store to view apps but the problem is when attempting to download or update apps, that’s when the popup comes. Furthermore, when i enter an incorrect password it actually responds to say incorrect credentials, however upon putting correct credentials i get the unable to connect to itunes store error. I’m afraid of signing out my device from icloud as this may leave me susceptible if it refuses to sign back in. NB signed out of itunes store and now i cannot sign back in.
