Network issues after macOS Catalina upgrade
Hi,
After installing the macOS Catalina, I have been facing some issues with my mid 2012 MBP. First and the most annoying issue is that for some unknown reason the webpages just stop loading. Everything works fine until it just stops loading and seems to load to infinity, no "No network connection" etc, it just keeps loading and this is true for all browsers, not just Safari. I have been trying the tips suggested here in the earlier posts, however in most cases there has been a "No network connection" associated with the issue and those tips haven't helped. I can use the internet normally with other computers on the same wifi, so the problem only exists with the Mac. This usually leads to having to force the Mac to shut down by keeping the power button pressed and then starting it again, after which it works again for some time.
What forces me to reboot my Mac by holding the power button is that after the update to macOS Catalina restarting via the Apple menu is not working anymore, this is true to shut down as well. It (usually) quits all the apps and the Finder bars disappear, but after that it gets stuck and just shows the wallpaper to eternity.
All the help will be highly appreciated, if nothing helps I think I will be forced to use the Time machine and restore the Mojave backup.
Thanks!
