Why can’t i google on my iphone 11 when I am outside my home?

Which app do you use to "google" something? I ask because it appears that the app you use to google may not have cellular data access when you are away from a WiFi connection. Go to Settings-->>Cellular and then scroll down until you find the app that you use to "google" and make sure that the setting is set to ON position.
Ensure that you have an active cellular data plan as well.
