How can get my iPhone 12 to work once I leave the house. I can’t open any apps? I talked to all of the experts already they can’t seem to solve this problem. Is this a t-mobile thing!

Nowadays, Public Wi-Fi is offered for free, in big cities, shopping centers, in Public Transport (bus & train), airport, restaurants and others.
That depends on where you live.
If at the moment you are away from home and there is no Public Wi-Fi, you have to use Mobile Data, for sure go to -> Settings -> Mobile network -> Mobile Data -> ON.

You have the option of allowing an app to work only on wifi, or to work on cellular, too. Please try this:
Open Settings > Cellular. Scroll down to the list of apps and make sure Google is set to On. Back out by tapping Settings at the top, left. This will save your preference.

Sorry to disagree, Raicya, but you don’t have to use public wifi. I access the apps I want - without public wifi, because I don’t always trust it - by going into Settings and allowing specific apps to connect via cellular.
