do not receive notification from Child Screen Time

I don't recieve anymore notifications of requests from Screen Time of my child .

All notifications in menu of Screen Time is on.

Restart iphone, new iOs 13.3.1 - done

I can see all requests from my child in Screen Time and can approve it, but there are no notifications of it.

My child sents request and writes to WhatsApp - Mom, request :)

Not cool.

What problem can be?
