ExFAT is Very Slow When we do File Transfer

I'm using Sandisk Flash Drive to transfer my files between MacBook Pro and Windows 10 and I formatted my flash drive to ExFAT Format, Then when I do file transfer from my Mac it is very slow while copying

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15
