My iPhone X frequently shows blank page

My iPhone X frequently shows a blank or partial blank page when searching for something. It is not website dependent nor a function of WiFi strength. Is this a bug? How can I fix it ??

Do you see that in Safari?

If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
