Mac os x utility

I cant exit mac ox utility and even if it is connected internet is mot working help :(

ventura system settings network settings submenu missing (the actual network settings pane is blank) iMac 27” Ventura 13.1 Systems Settings -> Network has no info on the submenu (or rightside pane). It’s blank. I can run the terminal command networksetup and all my ethernet settings will display and I have no problem with ethernet connectivity. Only the System Settings do not display. I have tried safe mode, a new admin user, a new standard user, and reinstalled Ventura. Nothing changed. On this iMac the System Preference is broken (it works fine on my wife’s MacBook). Additionally, in Wifi, clicking on details does not work. The Details button is not greyed out. Clicking on it does not open the next window. I also booted to recovery and ran first aid in disk util for Data, HD, & Volumes and all checked ok. Love to have a solution to this mess.

Wifi interface is missing after updating mac OS Monterey Hello all, Surprisingly, I am facing a wifi/Bluetooth interface issue in my MacBook Pro in early 2015 13" inch after updating the system software. The wifi symbol is showing with a '!' mark. Bluetooth is working fine for now. But I can't see any wifi/Bluetooth interfaces to add, minus, or edit in the list. right now I am using the internet via LAN cable. I have found similar articles but with a different OS and MacBook device also. I would like to know the technical aspects behind this issue if possible. I have tried soft reset also. If anybody has any idea on this, please do suggest to resolve the issue. Any suggestion is appreciated. Please find the images inserted. Wifi enable/disable option is greyed out. Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 System Settings not displaying correclty - Macbook Pro 16" M1 Pro Just updated to Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 from 13.0.0 and System Settings seems to be broken. "Passwords" and third party preferecnes are showing without any of the other options. 13.0.0 did work fine with the new UI but this update seems to have broken it. Anyone else have the same issue or possibly I'm missing a toggle somewhere to reveal the other options. Any help would be much appreciated. Image below of the issue.

I'm not sure I completely understand your question. Is your Mac showing the macOS Utilities screen (examples below) every time it starts?
