Logic Pro X cycleing issues

Hey there, i wander if i can get help with this.

The loop function, or the yellow bar at the top of arrange screen has disappeared. It only flickers yellow and grey when i move or adjust it, but remains grey any other time.

As a result, it wont cycle/loop, but just continues going past the loop marker.

Also, the project only plays from the very beginning....doesn't start where i set the (previously) yellow loop marker. Here is a screenshot so its a bit more clear what i am talking about

Please help?
