I deleted my downloads folder

i use a software called daisy disk to delete unnecessary files from my system, but yesterday i managed to delete my entire downloads folder(not just its contents) and i therefore do not have a downloads folder. this is a problem because when i try to download files from safari it tells me i'm out of space which i am not (70 ish Gb of free space)
