How do I cancel my Apple Music subscription?
Visit our Apple Music page on your computer or smartphone's browser to cancel your subscription.
You can also cancel from the My Verizon app.
- Tap the Menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Tap Account and Add-Ons.
- Tap Manage to see your Apple Music subscription info.
- Tap Opt out.
- You'll see a confirmation that you've successfully opted out of your Apple Music subscription.
