Paper sizes other than US Letter not available

I installed MacOS Catalina (10.15.3) on my MacBook a couple of weeks ago, and since then I have not been able to choose other than US Letter when printing. The Manage Custom Sizes option is not available either. See the picture below (copied from earlier conversation).

I have tried to start my Mac in safe mode without any change. I also created a new user and logged in. Again, no change.

Anyone have an idea on how to get the paper size options back?

Then try resetting the printing system [Note: this will delete all your printers]

Open System Preferences->Printers & Scanners, control-click on any of the printers and select "Reset Printing System".

Try deleting the printer and adding it again.

Also check your language/regional settings are correct for your locale. It might be linked to what the printer is offering you.

Not sure how relevant this is, but I just noticed that warning sign next to the printer name. Is it unavailable? Paused?

Is this connected directly or over the network?

Also, what driver is being used?

I have tried deleting and adding the printer a couple of times without any improvements.

I have not installed any specific driver. AirPrint. is used

The regional setting is Norwegian. The same setting as for earlier versions of the OS, and this issue have never been a problem.
