I have subscribed to an app using 2 different Apple ID on my phone. I deleted one of them but my phone keeps asking the password for this Apple ID and some apps try to use expired subscriptions from that Apple ID even though I have my own subscriptions

Delete the apps and re-download them under the correct Apple ID.
Log out of the iTunes/App Store and make sure you're logged in under the correct Apple ID. I'd also suggest cancelling all the subscriptions to the app and starting over.
This is a good case study for why having multiple Apple IDs can be a bad thing.
You might also try contacting the app developer.

I logged out of the wrong Apple ID. It doesn't help. My phone still stores receipts for the other Apple ID. And mixes them all the time for different apps with subscription regardless that those Apps are downloaded using my correct Apple ID
It doesn't help. The apps in question are using subscription and my phone stores receipts for both Apple IDs. I can't get rid of the receipts for the other Apple ID
