Hi. I've been texting someone in the Middle East (currently deployed) and as of suddenly my iMessages are not showing "delivered".
Was I blocked? Or is it possible its a network problem? I know they were online otherwise on other platforms using mobile so I'd think its not the phone thats off?
I tried sending SMS but all it said was "sent as text message"
There are any number of reasons you could be seeing that, including your friend having turned off their phone, or iMessage. But, If they didn't respond to an SMS, that would lead me to believe their phone may be off. Send them an email. Call them. Use one of the social media platforms you can see them on to let them know you're trying to reach them.
What color is the message?
You'll never see "Delivered" with an SMS message.
I sent a msg via the messaging app on my iMac via different apple ID and it said delivered immediately. However the other phone # and ID do not say delivered. This can only be that I am blocked then correct?
blue. the first time I resent as a text and it says "sent as SMS". Today I tried sending another iMessage, blue and it doesn't say "delivered" below it like usual
