There is NO Apple Pencil that works with ANY iPads made before late Fall 2015.
None.
Your 2012, 1st gen iPad Mini is too old and does not have the internal screen layer hardware necessary to use any Apple Pencil.
The smart, Bluetooth stylus, that I usually recommend, has not been available anywhere since after Christmas 2019.
Contacted the company, the company still has not posted that they have new stylus units available for sale, as yet.
The only stylii you can currently use with that iPad are commonplace, purchase anywhere, capacitive stylii and more specifically, clear disc tipped capacitive stylii
OR
You can try using battery operated, so-called “active”, fine tipped stylii that are made by a wide variety of manufacturers.
Both these types of stylii can be found on Amazon.
None of these have any pressure sensitivity nor palm rejection.
To be able to lay your hand palm on the iPad's screen while you write/draw, Amazon has special, non-body, electrical conducting, lycra-based material drawing glove that works by isolating your hand/palm and allow you to lay your hand/palm on the screen as you write/draw on the iPad’s screen.
Something like, as an example, this found on Amazon

Many more makers of these types of gloves found on Amazon and in different hand sizes, as well!
These are your only stylus options, currently, for such an old iPad.
