My remote doesn’t work anymore , how can I get a new one?

Do check the battery charge. Charge your Siri Remote - Apple Support

Do check the pairing. If your Apple TV remote isn’t working - Apple Support

You can purchase a replacement remote from Apple. Siri Remote - Apple TV accessories - Apple Online Store

You can have your current remote checked and repaired (or replaced) by Apple, which might be half the cost of a new one if it is about the battery.
