What "plan" might you be referring to?
Might it be your iCloud storage plan?
What other pertinent facts are we not being told here?
Might a family plan be involved, for example?
Or perhaps some lingering storage is being used? If you're "only" using 49GB, why was a 200GB plan not in effect previously?

Yes, I understand it wasn't a trial. But you are close to your renewal date.

Storage plan. I am currently paying for the 2 TB plan, trying to downgrade to 200 GB. Can’t seem to click on the ‘done’ button to proceed. I’m only using 49 GB storage

chose 2TB because I thought I needed. I don’t. So I’m trying to downgrade. Have had the 2TB plan for 4weeks. It’s due renewal tomorrow. Want to downgrade before it renews
