I was trying to load pictures to my iPad with an Apple lightning card reader. My pictures would not load so thought it was my reader is 3 years old so bought a brand new one and that one did not work either. I loaded pictures to my iPad at Christmas and it worked. I am wondering what may be the problem.

Are you inserting the SD card in the right position? Also, make sure the lightning connectors is full plugged in.

I am trying to load pictures from my SD card to my iPad with a card reader. I could do it in December now I cannot.
I have an iPad air and the ios is 13.3.1. i checked to make sure that the lighting connector is plugged in all the way and my SD card is in the right way too.
