It keeps saying airpod pro connection failure

My AirPods pro keep saying connection failure no matter what i do I reset my phone I updated my phone I reset my AirPods NOTHING has worked I’m thinking about returning them

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Thanks but I figured it out if anyone else is having this problem. You have to delete a lot of your Bluetooth devices that you almost never use (forget device) reset your phonr and reconnect them!!!
