I cannot convert Live Photos to videos in instagram or other video editor apps the the photos taken by my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Anyone having this issue? Been having this issue since I got this phone.

When I select a single Live Photo in Photos on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, there is an option in the Share Menu to save the Live Photo as a video. But the Live Photo must not have any effects applied. If the Live Photo has been looped or bounced, the "Save as Video" option will be missing.

No wonder you did not see it. It is not even mentioned in the iPhone User Guide for iOS 13 (Edit Live Photos on iPhone - Apple Support). I discovered it on iMore: https://www.imore.com/ios-13-lets-you-save-one-or-more-live-photos-video
Omg didn’t know it was there at all! It’s still an extra step compared to Live Photo’s taken by older iPhones, but at least there is a way. Thank you!
