Transfer apps and in app purchases from one account to another.

How do we do this? Apps for my child were purchased on his moms apple id, now we have an id for my son specifically and we want to transfer apps we paid for, for him, to his account.

You may be able to use Family Sharing to make sure the content is available to him.
