after mobile restart, on/off flight mode, data connectivity looks to connect only for 1-2 seconds.
Noticed this cause maps updates the current screen only. no more data connections after.
youtube, fb and fb messenger never refreshed.

My has been resolved. Issue is caused by a different configuration .. the vpn auto created by another 3rd party app.
My recent updated to 13.3.1 seems to caused my mobile data connectivity.
