Can’t open shared audio files in notes

I attempt to open shared audio files in notes and it says upgrade icloud account. It then says upgrade notes and i press that but then nothing happens. I’ve bought more icloud space and even updated my phones software and still nothing, please help.

iCloud Notes not updating Notes in Ventura or in iOS don't appear in iCloud Notes. No system I'm logged into, iPadOS or even Monterey, will update iCloud, and consequently nothing syncs across platforms. Notes are switched on in Apple ID iCloud on all devices. System Status is Ok. The last note that appeared iCloud was on Nov 30. Other iCloud systems, Mail and Calendar, are all still syncing. The problem seems to be only in Notes. Does anyone know how to overcome this? Locked Notes is blank after unlock on Mac Ventura, other devices work fine. Notes content are blank after unlock: In my case: Ventura: 13.0 (22A380) => Open a locked note by finger print => No contents => try by password => no content too => and I will never got the content shown in my Mac. Open locked note on iPad pro with FaceId or on iphone with password is both work So I think there was a bugs on the client device. To fix it, I tried to re-sync the Notes from Setting > iCloud > Unticked then re-ticked the Notes app. And it worked for serveral time, several days. A few moment ago, the issue repeated. So sad! The issue happens with only single note, the other locked note still have content

Frozen notes page when viewing web version Hello, I've been having this issue for a while and I've tried everything but it doesn't seem to work. I have the Notes app on my phone and iCloud is syncing notes fine so I view them on my laptop (windows) through either the web version or full screen bookmark of it. Everything was going fine until only one of my notes won't load on my laptop, even though it works on my phone. My other notes load fine but this one just won't. It's my biggest note, but I don't think there's any limit..? I've tried turning on and off iCloud, deleting and reinstalling the app, everything but it just stays frozen on a loading page. It's really annoying that I can't add to it anymore on my laptop because the keyboard is just so much easier to work with! Please send help-

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! I understand you are having issues accessing shared audio files in Notes. I am here to help.

You have done some great troubleshooting so far in updating. I would like to ask if you have another device you can share the audio file with to see if you can open it on another device.

Have you also tried restarting your device and force closing the Notes app? Here is How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
